Also a teeth whitening thing I found that’s super easy!
Okay I had one of those mold things from a previous teeth whitening kit I used. To make your own mold go to a sports store or like target or wherever and get a mouth guard that you use for like football and stuff and follow the instructions to mold it to your mouth. I think you just put it in hot water and then you bite down but be careful because it can be super tricky! Then in a bowl put baking soda ( you don’t really need all that much, i’d say just like 2 or 3 tablespoons ) then add in hydrogen peroxide until it is a paste mixture. Put the paste in your mouth guard thing and then put it in your mouth for like 10 minutes-ish. Make sure you rinse your mouth out when you’re done and DO NOT SWALLOW ANY OF IT. It will probably get in your mouth a little and it’s literally like the worst tasting thing ever but hey, it works. You can do this as many times as you’d like but i’d give it little breaks in between because it’s horrible tasting and it can be uncomfortable.
okay seriously don’t overdo it on the toothpaste thing like i did or you might notice your skin is getting SERIOUSLY dry and flaky and gross and no moisturizer is helping. Your skin might be like that normally too. What you need to do to get rid of the gross flakiness is exfoliate! I created a new exfoliant that’s kind of like a play on the sea salt green tea one. That one is not a good idea to use if your skin is dry because the salt will dry it out even worse. Okay what you need to do:
Take a small bowl and fill it with luke warm water. Don’t use hot water because it’s not good for dry skin.
Put a green tea bag in the water and let it sit for like 30 seconds.
Dump the water out of the bowl but do NOT squeeze out the tea bag.
Empty the tea bag contents into the bowl.
Add in some olive oil. Not too much but i’d put in like a little less than 1/4th cup.
Add in 2 tablespoons os sugar.
Add a tiny bit of honey!
Mix them all together and then rub it on your face for like a minute. The exfoliation is coming from the sugar and the olive oil should make your skin softer.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.
Pat your face dry and then I’d put on a moisturizer. I bought Garnier Nutritioniste Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel Cream yesterday and so far it has been so amazing! It’s also oil free which is good for people who normally have oily skin. It was only like 7 dollars at wal-mart!
okay well i hope this helps!
put toothpaste on your acne and let it dry then wash it off! don’t do it if your skin is sensitive though. i did it today and i definitely noticed a difference!
after you shampoo your hair get out of the shower and put in conditioner and leave it in for like 30 minutes! it will help if your hair is damaged and make it soft!
brushing your teeth with baxing soda for 3 mins
i do that like 3 times a day but i feel like it doesn’t work fast enough :(
it definitely makes a difference if you’re trying to get like an extra boost!
if you dye your hair go darker! it’s not as harsh on your hair as trying to bleach it and it won’t leave so much damage!
put honey on your face as a mask for about 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water! it’s good for your skin and makes it super soft! you can also eat honey daily if you dont want to do the mask!
when you get eyeliner smudges under your eyes that are difficult to remove use lotion! put a tiny bit under each eye and wipe it off with a tissue or toilet paper! it should leave just enough to make it look controlled. also NEVER use water as an eye makeup remover! it causes wrinkles!
